Ethan Allen Travel is a chain of premier travel agencies located in the San Francisco bay area.

The Project:

Ethan Allen is one of my original clients from 1997. I provide ongoing design, maintenance, and Internet marketing/consulting.

The Results:

In 2002 the website was redesigned to create a more professional appearance, integrate online booking services, and expand the corporate clients section. Using a powerful form script, I created custom business travel forms for key corporate clients.

During the redesign, the site was built with search engine optimization as a primary success factor. Key markets were identified and targeted content was developed. Within a few months, pages targeted to Honeymoon Planning were appearing 11th in Google. This rank has translated to 1-2 requests for honeymoons a week from all over the country and about one closed sale a week.

To reach out to group travel clients, I created custom flyers that can be easily emailed by agents to a mailing list, clients in their address book or new contacts.
